Expand (or create sister app) that does the same thing for tracking other daily habits (supplements)

I have been looking for an app that provides reminders for taking supplements and keeps track of when you take them with a chart. While there are lots of reminder and to-do apps, I don't find any that date-time stamp when you take an action and ten create a chart. I love the simplicity of this app and would now love to track more than just water.

        Get MyNetDiary. You can track all your food there and it's excellent! I paid for the pro (about $4) so it can sync with Fitbit. It's good! The BEST food tracking app and I've tried A LOT of them.

        I would like to the app to actually speak my reminder. ie:
        "Drink you water now or you will get leg cramps tonight".
